Icon2 3/8" or 1/2" Torque Wrench

Which one should I get for my 01 gsr? Just about to knock out some scheduled maintenance before I move down to Florida, such as valve adjustment and replacing my timing belt. So which size would be best, 3/8" or 1/2"? Any input or opinions are appreciated. Also, any other suggested tools as well (Already ordered valve adjustment tool, feeler gauges, and crank pulley remover).
