Default 1st gear pull off methods

hey people, i want to know how do you guys start off? i know blipping seems to be the preferred method, but is there other ways? i have a 2000 civic lx, and i just rev to 1500-1700 rpms, and just release the clutch. so what you guys do?

Release clutch until its starts to roll then hold e-brake. When take off drop e-brake,dump clutch, hit gas.

1500rpm launch?? Go up to 4000 atleast

launches as in daily driving. not launches on a drag my man!
