this is somethin that larry from endyn was talkin to me about

im just curious on how it works in a completely detailed walkthrough

sorry, but you sound like you should find a local engine builder that you trust, or have a pro build yours ready to go and ship to you. set a power goal and budget and be realistic. if you want to build it yourself, you have some studying to do.
