My jdm headlights for my fd1 front end conversion have a funny blinker socket. i received the socket today and it doesn't fit my engine bay plug. the bulb appears to be a 3496 the seller sent me a different socket that will fit the headlight but uses a different bulb i am going to attempt to use this socket since it fits my headlight but make a harness that goes from my harness to the plug.
so my question is:

my stock harness and socket is a 3 wire obviously so i have:
1 ground
1 parking light
1 blinker

the socket that i have received has:
1 ground
1 power ?

can i take the parking wire, and the blinker wire and wire them together and it still function as a parking light and a blinker?
