Well, did a search and did not find the answers i was looking for

Ok, i want to hook up the O2 Simulator pictured below, however i have never worked w/ electronics much and would greatly appreciate some step by step instructions.



Why does it say i need 2 capacitors when all taht is pictured is 1? Also, does anyone have any actual photos of this particular O2 sim, it would be real helpful. Thanks!
