i don't know... there isn't a new OBD sytem... and there shouldn't be one... maybe in 2005 when all of the cars go from PCI to CAN-B and CAN-A systems... then all of the cars will be connected in a network...
well thats what they say at the chrysler training center... they said that pretty soon... say, your catalyst converter gives out, and you are throwing high emissions... it will send a signal somehow and you will get a letter in the mail...
