Default 00 si...Idle problem

My 00 SI is fine at idle until given gas then idle will jump from 1100-1900 constantly and will not hold an idle at all...any sugestions?

reset your ecu.

pull off neg. battery wire for a couple minutes, reconnect and let idle for a while.

may not work, but it doesn't hurt to try

Check vacuum lines for leaks. Are you throwing any codes (CEL)? If so, which ones?

actually its throwing CEL 10....
