Default 00 civic ls vtec not starting!

Yeah I got a 00 civic ex and it's not starting. I checked spark and fuel. And it gets both. It randomly turned off one day when j was reversing and wouldn't turn back on unless I gassed it. Anyway, the harness was spliced so I replaced that. Replaced the chassis harness to ecu on obd2b also. Still doing the same thing!

Check the resistance of all motor grounds and the battery negative strap. Check the fuel pressure with and without the regulator vacuum hose attached. Check/replace the air and fuel filters if they haven't been changed recently. How does it run when you are giving it gas? Are the only problems starting and idling? Check your IACV.

If everything's good then the car will start. What was the fuel pressure?

There's pressure in lines but theres a resister box wired into my harness. I'll be taking it off tomorrow. Anyway, that doesn't explain why my car ****e up to begin with.

Borrow a fuel pressure gauge from a parts store. Low pressure is usually a bad fuel pump and high pressure is a restriction in the system or the FPR. With good spark, compression, air and the correct fuel pressure, the only possibility left is timing. A timing problem could mean a bad distributor sensor.

It cranks. I cAn hear walbro turn on. And there's pressure. But my injectors Arent purging due to harness being wired for resistor box. Timing Is also on par. I'm in wiring resistor box shortly
