ya, adjust your dampers up front, you said they were adjustable.

did you go from oem shocks and springs to GC/illuminas?

when i first installed eibach prokits and illuminas at the same time, the ride totally changed and i was initially uneasy about the "stiffness" of it all. but i got used to it. basically, you put stiffer springs in your car, and normal GC spring rates are even stiffer. so you need to expect that. theres nothing wrong with your shocks or springs.

5 is greater damping, 1 is less. when i had set everything at 1 with prokits, the ride was almost like a cadillac. i think i hovered around 4 front and 3 rear on the street. but thats with prokits, not linear rates like GC and stiffer.

if you want a softer ride, buy softer springs.

You could also be riding the bump stops, if you lower your car too low you will run out of suspension travel and bump off the bump stops all day long.
