Rubbing Issues
Car is a 2000 honda civic ex lowered on Eibach Sportline lowering springs mated to koni yellow shocks. Whenever i have 2 extra passengers (or 1 heavy passenger) my car tends to rub on turns and waves on highway. This was a BIG issue with my previous shocks, tokico blues, but improved with the konis. It still does it just not as bad. The rear tires rub inside the well and the fronts when turning hard/u-turns. Could this issue be the springs? Or is it normal and i just have to deal with it?

Sounds like you either have wheels with the wrong offset or incorrectly sized tires.
Shocks won't help with rubbing, at all. Stiffer springs would reduce suspension movement, but thats a band aid and you should find and fix the actual issue.

That's odd, I never had rubbing problems with 205/50-15 tires on stock GS-R wheels in my Integra. I would think there would be plenty of room at least in the rear, especially with stock wheels.
Yes thats my point exactly. The springs were purchased used with unknown number of miles. My guess would be that the springs are shot. I hope replacing them with GC will solve my problem
Ware...this sticker should remedy your problem.

Hahahaha.
For really realz though...That is odd that you rub with this setup...because the offset on Si wheels is like +45 or 50 and the Direzza isn't a super wide 205 tire. Sportlines do drop pretty low...but I would have never thought they'd be so low that you'd rub. Do you have camber kits. How many twists do you have the Konis set at?

No camber kits. I normally run the konis on full soft with the exception of sometimes when i switch to full stiff. I've still had occasions were im riding full stiff and it STILL rubs. That's considering a heavy passenger in rear (about 250 lbs)

For the front, my DC2 tucking tire rubbed with stock wheels entering driveways and such, with the steering near or at full lock. I think most people have simply accepted this, as it doesn't happen at high speeds and isn't really an issue. I guess thats the long way of saying "I have no advice" for the front.
Meaning, shock settings won't change rubbing, at all, with Konis. So simply set the shocks at the softest setting such that the car doesn't "bounce" after a bump and call it done (as anything stiffer is going to be over damped).
Now, other shocks that adjust bump with rebound, or have a separate bump adjustment, could be used to prevent suspension compression and help with rubbing.
But does it rub when you don't have fatties in the rear seat?
