Icon6 pic request coilover install diy for tein type flex

searched a lot of places but can't seem to find anything useful, (note) they were bought used so is it just plug and play? I saw the pdf from tein brand new so i figured i won't have to do half that stuff right? Love wrenching on my car (01 tegy gsr) so if anyone can help out would be great... also looking to adjust them to about 2" in front and 2.5 or 3" in back? If there is another thread that i missed sorry please show link and i'll delete this one

The TEIN manual is your best source, follow the instructions and skip over steps that where already completed by the previous owner (Steps like the mounting brackets for the brake lines, ect) If they are used then the springs are probably already broken in and wont sag any more.
