Icon5 PIC Coilover help

Hey there! So, Recently I inherited some PIC Coils from a family member. He took them off his 99 EX Sedan in the early 2000's and replaced them with softer PIC's. He said they were too stiff (14kF/12kR). Well they are practically brand new since, he used them for about a week. Problem is, One: I have no clue which model they are and, Two: have zero information on them other than spring rate. I'm planning on throwing them on my EK hatch Street/Track build. Because its also street build, I would like to put non Kidney Buster springs on them. I plan to put 8kF and 6kR springs on them. I came here since this forum will probably know something about them. Now! My questions
1: Will I have to revalve them? Or can I just throw the springs on and send it?
2: What coils do I have? I know nothing about them. They came with red springs if that means anything.
If anyone could point me into the correct direction that would be amazing. It's next to impossible to find any info on these things due to PIC no longer being in business and them being so rare now. Reading through old forums they seemed to be everywhere back in the day. I can upload photos if needed. :D
