Neuspeed is running a sick deal on them. $650 with free shipping. They feature 250lb F / 200lb R for the springs. The Bilstein shocks are valved a little stiffer than the rate of the springs is what I was told. What's the ride quality like?

I am going to be putting these on a 99-00SI so I have a little more weight to work with and those using them for 92-95 civics say they are little firm, but not the typical neuspeed bounciness, since they are matched perfect for the bilsteins, plus, their spring rates aren't too crazy like the race springs are.
