Default Need some help...

well a friend of mine just had a b-day and now that he has all this money he wants to get some new suspension for his integra... as the car sits right now it has skunk 2 slip on coilovers and stock struts... he has around around $700 mabey a little more but i know he wants a full coilover due to the fact he is very into course racing... so finally my question is what is the best full coilover system for a 94 integra gs-r that is capable of a nice ride on the street and able to get the **** kicked out of it on the course????

theres not a full coilover kit under $700 that will beat the koni/gc combo.
