Default Need help with spring rates

i have an 89 crx and im about to order the GC/koni yellow setup. Im just a little confused on which spring rates to get. the car will be a DD but will see no more than 15 miles a day round trip. i have a 1st gen b16a that is stock for now but thats because i want to upgrade my suspension first. What is a good spring rate for the front and rear that will make the ride as firm as possible without sacrificing much performance.. i hope that makes sense. also i have the rear gutted and im on 15" rota slipstreams with Ziex 195 15 55 's. thanx in advance

call ground control and they can help you out. Is the car autocrossed or tracked?

the car will be tracked once in a while (about twice a month) and will never be auto crossed as long as i own it. ill call them and see what they say but if anyone has any suggestions i would appreciate it.
