Default Need feedback for Subframe Problem.

The nut for the front lower control arm bolt in the subframe has broken off its welds and become stripped. It is rolling around inside the subframe basically. W/o having to change the subframe and/or hack the subframe into pieces is there a way to extract the stripped nut out and insert a new one? how would you go about fixing this problem? Where could I find a replacement nut?

Personaly I would replace it, its too easy to get another one, in most places.

The only im aware of getting it out is to cut a hole and get it out.

this happened on my buddys hatch, he cut a small window out of the steel next to it and replaced the nut using a bent wrench to help tighten it. then welded a small steel plate back over the opening.

You should replace it though if you have the option. i've got a gsr subframe if interested lol
