Pros and cons of what? A "pro" for one application might be a "con" for another. What are you trying to accomplish with your new suspension (and don't say "better handling")?

Looking for a setup for a daily driver, want adjustable shocks so i can make em a little stiffer when i ocasionaly take it to the track. The car is going to be a ls vtec turbo setup so ill be making a small amount of power.
what are your ultimate goals for the car? will it always be a DD? slowly turning it into a HPDE car? autocross? do you want a nice smooth ride? do you want to handle?
i've driven my car (obviously) with the GC/Koni 400f/450r for three years over shitty chicago roads, and while it can be obnoxiously stiff over really crappy roads, the handling improvement over stock makes it worth it. I've also driven a slightly faster GSR with GC/ Illumina setup, with GC-spec spring rates, and the car drives nice and smooth, and handles nicely, but not as nicely.
OTS Konis can handle higher spring rates (~600 lbs/in) than most other "performance" shocks on the market. They can also be revalved, shortened, converted to double-adjustable, all without international shipping.
what is really comes down to is what you ultimately want to do with the car, and how much of a beating you can take daily (if your roads are not so smooth)
