Default hub problem

alright i am done with my conversion now but during the time i was doing my conversion i had to replace two wheel studs. (both in front) one on the drivers side and one on the passenger side. i took off the hub and replaced the wheel studs but now my passenger side hub is making a loud noise when i am driving between 5-20 mph. what did i do wrong? could it be when i put the hub back on with the axle nut i tighten it to much or is it the other way i did tighten it enough? also what is the torque spec for a 99 GSR hub replacement? i have to fix it now because i hate the sound.

also is have a camber of -1.6 on drive side and -2.1 on the passenger side bad? and how to i fix it? cause my car squeaks whenever i go over a speed bump or make slow turns.
