ground control upper mounts
kk so i got some koni yellows and ground control coilovers for a 99 civic coupe.....i wanna get the upper mounts and i was wondering if its the same upper mounts for the front and the rear or is there specific ones such as front upper mounts and rear upper mounts
so do the upper mounts make any difference in the handling of the car ....i would like the front ones for the look but is there any reason to really get a set for the rear
They do almost nothing for handling other than allowing the suspension to compress more which may or may not make any difference depending on setup. For street driving, the only thing you will notice is that bumps are less harsh. I would only get them for the front end as well (but not for looks)...

Your upper control arms will be more likely to smash the shock towers if you run slammed with top hats. Just something to be aware of.
i was going to go 2.25 with 2 in the back around there, with GC top hats. When you are referring to slammed how low is that? the tire rubbin the inner fender. I have a civic 91 hatch
