What shocks and struts should i use with ground control sleeves on my integra da

Tokico Illuminas will work fine. However I really only recommend Koni Sport shocks with Koni-specific GC coilover sleeves. The way the parts fit together are superior to other shock/slip-on coilover sleeve setups. Not to mention the lifetime warranties and customer service from both manufacturer's are hard to beat.

How much do you want to spend? Tokico Blue HP are about the most economical yet effective option.

koni yellows. look for a used set, they are pretty much bullet proof.

Used Koni shocks do not retain the lifetime warranty.

I never said they did. Why would it matter, they are bullet proof. I paid 150 for mine.
