Which grease?
Will White Lithium Grease work to grease my swaybar bushings? Or do I need to get a specific suspension grease? BTW I'm using new factory Honda bushings if that makes any difference. There just very squicky
Lithium grease and Marine grease are all petroleum based. Any petroleum based grease will react and degrade your bushings including Polyurethane bushing and stock OEM rubber Bushings. They may work for quieting your ride, but manufactures do not recommend them. I suspect because the petroleum based may harden the plastic or rubber and result in cracking the bushing over time.

You can always use the Energy Susupension Formula Five Prelube with your bushings, that's what they give you when you buy their bushings. Their prelube is waterproof and doesn't melt...
Don't really know about using on Honda rubber bushings though.. don't know if it gives it a negative effect.. sorry.

silicone lube works well on rubber. it does not damage it over time like most other greases out there.
i use sylglide brake caliper pin lube. it works great.

I've been shooting plain ol' Valvoline grease into the fittings of my ES greasable sway bar bushings for probably 5 years now. I haven't really seen any negative effects. I think I grease them about once or twice a year.
