Those are the older version type 1's, though. Im not sure how much different they are, but every car ive seen on f&f's can go very low.

Tires were 195/55/15 I had another inch to go.

Tires were 195/50/15 In this pic I had about half an inch? Car got stuck in the driveway due to exhaust slamming the floor =(

Preload has no affect on ride quality, so thats not why it is bumpy.

Yes, it only really affects it if you set the preload so much that the spring is forcing the damper upwards, limiting shock travel. im tired so that may not have made sense right now lol.

Redline, I love them on my Integra. I do recommend them, I had them for about 5 months now and I haven't had any problems with them.

All the way down? As in, you've lowered the spring perch until it is sitting against the lower mount? If so, what you've also done is made sure that on every single bump in the road, your shocks are bottoming out and destroying themselves from the inside.

With the suspension at full droop, you should tighten the spring perch so that there is no up/down play in the spring, and you can still spin it with your bare hands. Your "pre-load" is set.

they are very bumpy and stiff if u ride them all the way down
since there will be no shock travel
