Me and my deregistered 1981 Honda CG110 need your help!

To be able to go through a compliance test in order to re register the bike I've been asked to first obtain a brake declaration.

After inquiring about the declaration the mechanic at the honda shop has said he will only be able to do it if i can find the original brake specifications for the bike..

I was hoping there would be an easy way to figure this out but am at a loose end and am hoping one of you fine people will have the knowledge or can point me in the right direction!
