When is this i am turboing my ride really soon and i going to need it tuned

Lake Woollomes in Delano. it's not as clean as the picture reveals. haha. that was last summer, i went through a rough winter.

the real cf-48 the 4rim was crushed in a wrecked car i found them befor they crushed them all and the fake mr-5 i got them in trade i never got 4th rim
