need to pass state ref..swap?
i need to go to the state ref, a cop wrote me down for msd,and nitrous (BUT I DIDNT HAVE THE BOTTLE ON!!!) and i was wondering..should i just get a b17 swap..will that pass pretty good ..i belive that obd-1 will that effect anything?
and can i just take the nitrous and msd out then fail the smog and pass somewhere else for smog?
