Default Braking with new(er) rotors

Ive had some x drilled and slotted rotors on my car for roughly 2k, maybe less. When I brake theres a noise like a pulsing at slower speeds, no difference in braking, just an on/off kind of noise. Im just wondering if anyone experienced this with similar rotors. Also, recently my brakes have been sqeaking too, possibly a side effect of the rotors? Im thinking of ditching them and just getting blank ones, which I really should have done in the first place. Thx.

Check the runout on the rotors. Pulsing is usually a good indication things are out of spec.

What do you mean by runout?

Rice is not nice. Yeah ditch 'em and get the blanks. You'll be going through pads at a quicker rate anyways. I don't know how much faster but i know you will.

runout refers to them being warped, and how much they "wobble" from side to side.

Get the Balnks...you wont be sorry.
