Well, I'm painting it because there's a lot of red 1992-1995 Hatchbacks running around my area. You ever seen a Silver 1992-1995 hatch? Not around here for sure. I'm stripping it COMPLETELY - no rubber trims, NO windows at all, no dash, heater ducting, etc. so the WHOLE car can be painted. I want the inside to be as clean as the outside, so when I "forget" to put the interior back in it won't look so bad.

The red it's got now is probably Maaco GP Red anyways.

So, who's got an EG? I'm serious, I've never had one and I probably never will have one - too expensive and difficult to attain I'm sure...

I don't truly have a JDM EG....I don't have the cash to import one. But I have the American version. And I don't have a digy cam, nor do you want to see my car. The driver's side fender is smashed in, the hood and bumper are bothe dented also. Sorry!

 

Hooray for cosmetic impefections! I've got a nice collection of dents and scratches on my coupe and I haven't even had my car for a year yet!

 

i got a 92 cx!!! the paint sucks and the inside smells like hamsters because of the previous owner...but i still love it!

EG6 is a sirII hatch.

my civic is a 94 with d15b7 = EG4

I sold the black hatch because it was an Si. MORE weight to have to compensate for, you know? I had wrecked the **** out of it a few times, so I wanted to start with a fresh body.

This way I'm on a level playing field with other hybrids in terms of weight - I was tired of seeing people running as good or better with the same or less power than me. It ran a 13.9 before in the Si body, and with the new body weighing in at 200lbs. less and with the addition of an ATS 4.929 final drive AND finally some dyno tuning with my V-AFC (should do better than the base 175whp before) I'm hoping to run mid-to-LOW 13's...We'll see.

And yes I work at Acura's and Honda's Specialists in Jonesboro, GA. How did you know?
