h23 v-tec???
searched the archive and came up with some info but want to swap the h23 v-tec from the accord wagon and i wanted to know if anybody has come out with the mounts or if it has to be custom done, and i was told there is a converter plate to swap the b tranny on the h-motor???

The H23 engine comes from the EuroR Accord and it is non-vtec. It's also not rated at 200HP... it's higher.
It is possible to do the H-Series "LS/VTEC" and put an H22 vtec head onto an H23 block. That site is obviously selling a modified engine. If you want more info on this you're better off talking to the Prelude or Accord guys.
No need to "call bullshit." H-Series aren't discussed regularly here. Try over with the 'lude or accords.
H-Series is a very difficult swap in an EF, so doing a bigger block with a modified head into a car that's not even close to being made to accept it is quite a challenge. I'd say good luck, but I think you may wanna try a big B-Series.
*EDIT: After searching I see conflicts on Preludes and Accords whether or not is was VTEC. I still believe it's a non-vtec motor but maybe some JDM Preludes came with a VTEC model. Now I'm confused.
