My g/f picked up a 1995 Mercedes Benz C280. Inline 6, 194hp







My review: With this thing at 130k miles it drives like it's brand new. It was a one owner and traded into a dealership (her dad picked it up for her). It was only on the lot for 3 hours and hadn't even been detailed yet. Got it for 7k out the door.. which seems like a steal.

The power seems pretty good.. the car doesn't feel like a total pig, it's very responsive and when you put the pedal down it moves pretty fucken good! ... I guess that's the torque talking.

This one in particular has the sport package according to my friend who works for BMW, I personally know nothing on European cars. The paint on this thing is PERFECT.

Anyways, she dusted my stock 240SX on the drive home. She thought that was hilarious.. I had to reming her of how long that's gonna last.

I'll post more pics when daylight hits. It really doesn't look too pretty in the pics at night.

Thas what I was thinking till I listened to the motor and got behind the wheel. I'm sure it'll go atleast 250k...

 

the benz told me it wants a b18c5

euros are alright. i used to have a 525i bmw... drove alright, hit near 200k mi then **** started to go crazy. but i think benz should be a little better off than bmw.

Dad's friend has a 1995 S500. 346k. Those last if you maintain them.

 

knew a guy in boston with one of those with the supercharger...

its a piece of ****.

congrats on your girl though

 

i learned to drive in that benz, was a really great car!
had some electrical issues but nothing big...

gas milage was very low,but hey it's a benzo!
