Go hasport and use spacers to drop the engine abit lower. Mine barley hits this way. ALl you need to do from there is cut the web under the hood alittle and youll be good

you dont NEED the jdm hood or even the jdm-style for the US front end, but it would definitely be nice to have. I have a b18c1 in my CRX w/ AZRace mounts, i trimmed the hood supports out a bit, and it still rubs a tiny bit. I'm not really worried about it and personally, I would rather not shim the engine down.

I layed down some tape, and cut where it picked it up, dont over cut, it will wrinkle.

damn thats a **** load!

I have a ef hb si
hasport mounts
I just did the swap like 3 months ago.

All i ended up doing was cutting about 3inches worth of the underside metal bracing of the hood. (skeleton of the hood)

i don't know how to alter the picture and rep host it up but i did it within like 5 min using a pair of WIRE cutters!
not hard.
if you have a sprint phone I can send you a picture.

listen guys thats just a general area. if/when u see my car, u will see that i let it rub, so that the hood would have marks on it so i would know where to cut it out.
unfortunatly, i let it rub a little too long and my valvecover looks like ***
