hood clearance
would you be interested in cf hood that was reverse jdm stlye but still fit the stock headlights? vis sells one last i heard, also check carbon creations
you dont NEED the jdm hood or even the jdm-style for the US front end, but it would definitely be nice to have. I have a b18c1 in my CRX w/ AZRace mounts, i trimmed the hood supports out a bit, and it still rubs a tiny bit. I'm not really worried about it and personally, I would rather not shim the engine down.

Anyone have a picture of what part of the webbing needs to be cut. Im trying to finish my crx si. And want to know exactly where I should cut.
Thanks in advance.. Pic of the car so far for views not complete!

damn thats a **** load!
I have a ef hb si
hasport mounts
I just did the swap like 3 months ago.
All i ended up doing was cutting about 3inches worth of the underside metal bracing of the hood. (skeleton of the hood)
i don't know how to alter the picture and rep host it up but i did it within like 5 min using a pair of WIRE cutters!
not hard.
if you have a sprint phone I can send you a picture.

listen guys thats just a general area. if/when u see my car, u will see that i let it rub, so that the hood would have marks on it so i would know where to cut it out.
unfortunatly, i let it rub a little too long and my valvecover looks like ***
