beat everything else out as far as performance for a lot less of the price
Brembo blanks are the best investment

i know I will catch a lot of flack for saying this again but stay away from cross drilled rotors and slotted rotors and especially ones that are both IF you are planning on being extremely aggresive on brakes, like using them on a road course

they look like they work better, and are fine for street use ,which is why they sell so good, but have been proven by many of us to be worthless for the track

Yeah my knowledge is limited on the brakes so I was just recommending a sale that was going on just in case anyone was interested. I might pick up a pair

I don't mean Brembos are worthless for the track, i have a set of Brembo blanks I fully intend upon using, I mean any cross-drilled or slotted rotor is a piece of **** after several hard laps on the track
they tend to collect brake material in the slots which will glaze both the rotor and the pad
they also warp and crack extremely fast since their internal integrity is lessened by cross-drilling
rotors do not imporve you braking ability anyway, your pads do

Brembo blanks for my car were about $60 for the fronts from colletti. However, for some reason, my left side rotor warped within a month and now, with slighlty agressive braking, my wheel shakes during braking from the warpage. Can anyone explain this?

The bolts that hold the rotors must me torqued to the proper amount, or warping will occur, right morgan

they should have, but over-torqued lugnuts can give you warped rotors
when I changed my rotors I forgot to torque one side and it started to knock back and forth agianst the hub and may have created mine to warp

So whats my next step? What would be the best thing to do short of replacing my new rotors for some brand new rotors.

Morgan I ran the powerslots this weekend and my rotors still look and feel fine, I did notice that I used up a lot of the panther pluses though. I plan on installing the brembo blanks I got for $39 each from Carbotech asap and keep the sloted as backups.

when slotted are used really hard, like with r compounds, the slots will start filling with the melted pad and rotor and start to overheat
see where these slotted kills you, I have used my panther + pads at 5 track days and have half the pad left

I might have boiled the fluid some, and the pedal feel is softer than is was before the event. You used the pads for three track days prior and have half the pad left. If thats the case then my wear is not off the norm.

i thought you meant that you used up alot of the pad meaning more or close to half the pad gone
boiling the fluid? which fluid are you using
my point about brakes and braking is based on my experience and of a few others that I deal with everyday's experiences
on the track I am extremely hard on brakes, even this weekend with warped rotors, my braking distance is almost half to 3/4 of what everyone elses seemed to be and I am running without ABS
