you are running really rich and washing your cylinders, the gas goes right by the rings and mixes with all the oil ruins some sealing compounds and gasket material as well as lowers viscosity of your oil and worn bearings etc etc etc, sure it was really that much, could just be flooded or bad ignition.

Are you sure its gas in the oil and not water?

sounds like maybe piston ring problems or headgasket.

Is there oil in the cylinders? take out spark plugs and look.

so it cant be a bent valve? my car doesnt crank up either.... it cranks a bit and just dies.... well... the motor is dead and not moving so i dont think my bearings or anything is damaged... i hope... could it have been detonation? cracked piston? i dont see any oil in the cylinder....

Good point, I dont have my ChE handbook in front of me to look up solubility of either one, but I would imagine they would mix, especially at high temps.
