16x7" 4x100.
I took off my spoons today and had a question I hope you can answer. I just noticed this. On the hub of one pair of wheels, where the wheel sits on the rotor, it's flat. On the second pair, it has some material removed or hollowed out slightly. Do you know why? two different production runs? They're all 45 offset. Just my luck, the same wheels were mounted on the same side of the car......does it matter? I thinking the wheels on the left side of the car weighed a bit less than the wheels on the right side, or vice versa. Since one pair is probably a little bit lighter than the other pair would the uneven balance between cause my car to brake in a not so straight line?

2 Rotas? Crap, I should have 8 wheels wheels then!!

I've been told since my original post the ones which are hollowed out are the newer version to allow for the use of Desmond centercaps. Also interesting is the pair without the notches has "made in russia" along the backside lip of the rim.

If you look at the hub of the wheel, it's either going to be completely flat or between the holes, it's going to have a 1cm gap between the the wheel and the rotor. I hope you can visualise it.

Who me? If so, I always thought the "made in russia" stamp was on the inside hub, not along the outer lip. Weird stuff.
