95 to 98 accord head light conversion question

is is possible to do a conversion so that 98 accord headlights will fit on a 95? How much work would be involved if this is possible and how could I find out how to do it?

anything is possible with enough money and a good body shop.

It would have to be all custom, but people have done it before.

So its not really something I could do myself? The lights look really similar so I thought maybe it would be pretty simple, has anyone on here done it? or does anyone know about how much it would cost?
