are all d series throttle bodies the same?

need help with a throttle body swap!
on my 89 hatch standard, i am gettin code 16 for the fuel innjectors. i stripped the head of one of the retaining rings. i dont want to mess with it anymore and i found another 90 sedan with 118k miles on it. the throttle body looks the same but, the engine is different. it has the plugs angled in from the back of the engine. mine has them straight up and down.(SORRY I DONT HAVE THE ENGINE CODES) will they swap? thanks.
