We just release info for our annual Fat Tire Festival. For any Mountain Bikers out there interested in some good trails (30 Miles worth) and some camping please feel free to come hang out. I figure we all do car related stuff together I would post about our other hobby events for those interested.




SORBA Chattanooga presents
2004 Chilhowee Challenge and Festival


When: October 22nd - 24th
Where: Cherokee National Forest - Chilhowee Mountain
What: Fat Tire Festival and Time Trial Challenge
Who: Everyone!
Why: Fundraiser for the Chattanooga Chapter of SORBA and FUN!
Cost:
$50/Adult Up to $15 in Discounts!! ($35/adult for SORBA members who Early register),
$15 for Children under 12.
Discounts:
$10 off for Early Registration (Payment received by Oct 20th),
$5 off for SORBA members.
T-Shirts: Shirts are included to everyone who Pre-registers before October 10th, 11:59 pm.

The 2004 Chilhowee Challenge and Festival is being brought to you by SORBA
Chattanooga and sponsors. This is a fundraising event for the newly formed
Chattanooga Chapter of SORBA. These funds will help support trail development
and maintenance in the Chattanooga area. The Festival will begin on Friday
with registration and night rides and the party goes into Saturday with
guided rides, obstacle courses, and games. We will have a raffle for prizes
as well and prizes for the winners of the games. Sunday will also kick
off the Chilhowee Challenge Time Trial races.

We are looking for volunteers to lead rides during the Festival on Saturday.
If you are interested in volunteering as a leader please email volunteers@sorbachattanooga.org.

Festival And Race Registration: (Register for both events at the same time through this link)
Pre-Registration will remain open until October 20, 11:59 pm.
Entry Fees will increase by $10 after October 20, 2004.
T-Shirts are available only to those who pre-register by October 10th.

man that looks like fun. i always wanted to do the 24hrs of canaan, but im to fat and lazy to even try now. i should break out my mountian bike and hit the single tracks again since i cant seen to sale the thing.

I used to ride all the time Trey.....then my bike was jacked 30 ft from me at a crowded fair. I scurried frantically looking for it, called the police, made a report and never did find it.
