Default Not sure why this happens

Somethimes on my 98 gsr, the brake light comes on like i have my e-brake on but its totally off. It seems to turn off when i use the regular brake, but sometimes turn on when i accelerate. Could this be a problem that i could fix

check your e-brake to see if the sensor is loose or something. i have the same problem with mine and have to move it around until the it sits in a position where the light goes off.

An intermittent brake light is often a low fluid indicator.

I swear I saw this exact same question asked at least twice last week in this forum... the problem is low fluid.
