I got a 96 gsr all stock and it has been giving me an idle problem. But the thing is that the car always tosses ecu code 91 for Evaporative Emission Control System insufficient purge flow and 14 IAC (EACV) - idle air control valve (sometimes). I cleaned the IAC but the idling is not great. when the car gets warm then the idling is bad but when it is cold it is fine. I need to find out what is causing the problem for ecu code 91 so i can fix it. I just don't get the cel 14 either. if anyone has any helpful information please help. Also if anyone lives in milwaukee could pm me and help me out that would be great.
