Hi all

A freind sent her 92 Lude to have an engine changed got it back but will not run properly.

the two center heaer pipes get hot hot instantly when started and the two outers stay somewhat cool. It seems to be timming.
I noticed that there is no coil wire going from the coil to the distributor but the coil is pluged in. the distributor has a built in coil. Is the engine different then the original newer or older model by chance?
what would need to be done to solve this problem. could I get a different distributor?

Any help or ideas would be greatly appretiated.
