Found a new daily driver possibly (91' EF Si)
i found it at a salvage yard around here, and it's up for auction right now but i have no clue what it's goin for cause it's a closed auction or whatever you wanna call it and you don't know what it's goin for until the auction is over. Well it has 255,xxx miles on it, and the body is so so shade. the left rear quarter panel/bumper look like they got clipped, but i would just remove bumper and try to straight quarter panel as much as possible and put bumper back on, and it also needs a left taillight. But what i was gonna do is i have a 94' EX coupe and this winter i'm droppin a B18 in it and i was gonna take my z6 and drop it in the Si and use that as my daily driver/college ride. I'm just wondering how much this hatch might be worth?

Thats the worst kind of damage on a car and i wouldnt get it...

do you mean replaced to be driven? or just replaced to be for looks? cause i'm not goin for looks, something that'll get me around during winter, cause up in ND when we get half a foot of snow, i kinda hate driving my EG in that. so i don't care if it even stays like that, just as long as i get the taillight fixed and it's all legal to drive, that's all i would really care about.

lol pfffft.... my friend is here and he owns a riced to **** neon and he just shutup when he read that.
but anyways... i just wanted the hatch cause hatches are sexy, and i have my motor to drop in it so the miles aren't too much of a worry for me, unless tranny has had a rough life, but still i'm thinkin if i could drop a bid for $600 or so? i wouldn't spend more then $800 on it but do you think it's worth that at all?

what type of damage could there really be involved in the back quarter panel? unless the chasis got twisted some or the axle got screwed up it shouldn't be too crazy i would think?? my dad went through high school with 4 different cars during highschool and he's taken a look at it and he didn't really say anything too crazy bout it, just pop it out some and try to realign the bumper and get a taillight
but i dunno
but i dunno
are you able to get any more info on the car?
Looks like it'd make a decent daily driver.
Heck, my DD right now is wrecked but I don't care. Runs great, gets great gas mileage, is comfy and has ice cold a/c

that's all i'm really lookin for, not even really A/C because in ND you don't need A/C too much, just a window that can roll down
the only thing i could do is email the place or call them tomorrow, the auction ends on wednesday so i'm gonna have to make a decision quick
