Isn't the combo just a normal tape / radio with a separate CD player underneath (or vice versa)?
If so, then sure, it would fit, but you would lose your little storage compartment under your current radio.
Assuming you have a tape player head unit, I recommend either installing a trunk mounted CD player (~ $250 or $300, including an adapter), or replacing it with an aftermarket Alpine CD player (~ $200). Unless the OEM CD / Tape player combo is cheap enough, of course.
