Default B&M short shifter

i was wondering if anyone had any experiences with the B&M "edge" short shifter or the B&M dual bend short shifter for integras? how is it? which one would you recomend?

I've heard alot of mixed reviews. Some people have loved it, and said they would never get anything else. But some have also said that it rattles really badly and that they don't like it.

I personally hate B&M shifters for Hondas. You have to reuse the insert and o-rings in the bottom from the stock shifter where the through-bolt goes, which contributes to that rubbery feeling that the stock shifter has. Also, it is possible to overtighten the bolt, making the shifter very hard or impossible to move.

I highly recommend a shifter like the Skunk2 which has sealed bearings in the bottom. Shifting feels much more direct with this type of setup, and with the proper spacers or washers, it is impossible to overtighten the bolt. You can tighten it as much as you want and the shifter will still be able to move the same.

really? damn...i wanted the skunk 2 one but my friend has a b&m one and it feels pretty good. its cheaper but i would rather spend a little more money and get the skunk 2 one. thanks Patrick
