No because the itr piston's bore is too small. itr pistons=81-81.25 mm, and B20=84 mm (correct me if im wrong)

You do not need "custom pistons" for a B20. CP makes 84mm pistons in several different compressions. IMO I would get CP 12.5:1 pistons and Eagle H-beam rods. Balance the bottom end, and call it a day. You will put down about 200hp to the wheels if tuned correctly. Also, for a 2.0 be sure to upgrade the injectors. RC 310's will do it.

i had a b20/vtec setup with type R pistons.
all i did to get them fit was i use some jb weld all around the itr pistons until i
got a nice 84.5mm, measured pefect too. then i took a dremel and outline where the rings would be mounted on the pistons, honda dint have any 84.5mm rings so i used some of my sisters bracelets and trimmed them down with sand paper.also added a little more jb weld on top of the pistons to bump the compression up to like 18:8:1 ,wasnt a problem though cause i was planning on only pumping gas at the gas station near the airport which should have the highest octane rating since they use jet fuel for the planes.also i clay the motor and looked like the valves would touch so i shaved them down with a dremel also. after i was done with the jb weld on the pistons i used some sand paper and bored out the cylinder walls to 84.5mm to match my itr pistons, took me a week to bore out that much with 100grit sand paper but it was worth it.
might post pics later on for everyone that wants to try this.
