I have waitd and tried to resolve this with him, and really didnt want to do this. However since he never responded then this is my next step. Maybe he will see this ( or one of his friends ) and I will get some sort of return call/pm/email.
Heres the link if you want to read - from page 3 on is the drama.

As you can read I tried and waited for weeks, you will also see how he sold this trans to another H-T member and kept his money as well.
This is what you get -
All the trans mount bolt holes are broken and welded back on -------
:
12mm that hold stablizer bar is broke off inside ---------

These are strppied too --------------

After all this all I want is my money back ---

I read the original thread...
That sucks.
Now you gotta go through the motions of either e-fraud and get him convicted for a felony, or
you gotta close up shop for a day, bring a couple of buddies with a flatbed and crow bars, and take your pick of cars at his address, take or break.
I say e-fraud... you get more that way in the long run. Good Luck bump.

damn sounds like that tranny has been around the block a few times. damn scammers
It even seemed fishy that he was slacking on replying in the original post. Why would anyone try hustling a stripped out block on HT and not expect anyone to notice it? Especially if its a shop that does this type of work all the time! BUMP cuz this deal just sucks....

The problems started after the moneyorder went to him......he replied quick before I paid him. Almost the day after he signed for the moneyorder with UPS he stopped anwsering. Then the replies came slower and slower.
I guess I learned a lesson. But I will get my money or a good trans.
