The exhaust is completely stock, there is only different ..... hmm how you call it ... the end pipe of the muffler that is visible under the bumper

It's the rear fog light - basically a strong red light that you can manually switch on. It's common here in EU.

You can put a red bulb in the left reverse gear light and connect that to the foglight switch. So then you have only 1 reverse and remove the bumper foglight.
