i have a 96 integra ls and was just curious what is the best turbo kit around/turbo set up for about 3000 bucks??? i dont plan on running outrageous amounts of boost to begin with just about 6-8ish. educate me!!

 

educate yourself with a search.

general concensus is that revhard is a good kit.

you wont escape for under 3000 tho, because you still have to incorporate tuning, gauges and other crap that you need, eg. exhaust.
