it should but then you wouldn't have a cat, not to mention the pipe diameter is waay smaller than the Si's stock. you will have to cut out some length in the B-pipe to make it fit too. There is the whole CX-exhaust-exits the passenger side too.

so some minor adjustments, and it should work right? cause I can get one for $50, and my exhaust right now come right out after cat, so its super loud.
