Default Need VAFCII tuning Help!!!

Im about to go grab some dyno time. But i have no VAFCII tuners in the area. im getting a killer deal on dyno time. 3 hours for $200. What i need to know is how to use the airflow correction NE-P HVT and the NE-P LVT. How will know if it is to much. Any tips would be appreciated. thanks guys. Also i wanted to know how can i change Fuel settings between RPM's. i know i can increase or decrease the fuel by percentage. But i want to be more Specific at certain RPM's. thanks guys

You will not know how to adjust your fuel maps, unless you have a wide band O2 to tune with on the dyno. Make sure they have a wide band, so you will have some direction, otherwise you are flying in the dark.

Keep in mind that your ecu will still use OE vtec, so if you alter vtec via the VAFC, you will have effectively three zones to tune for: ECU-offvtec/AFC-ofvtec, ECU-offvtec/AFC-onvtec (or vise versa depending if you raise or lower vtec), and finally ECU-onvtec/AFC-onvtec

What do you mean "between RPM's"? AFC's interpolate at all rpms between specific map points.

Yes the dyno does have a Wideband o2. Im running the Mugen P28 ECU and its running horribly rich.

I thought u could change the fuel settings by 500RPM increaments

You can. If I recall correctly you have 12 points for each of the following: full throttle on high cams, full throttle on low cams, partial throttle on high cams, and parital throttle on low cams.

The rpm correction point are adjustable too, I believe. And you define partial and full throttle as a function of TPS positon.

Seriously though, have you read the manual. All this and more is in there.
