How do you get a picture to look like this?

, if you want it off just tell me)
how do you get a picture to look like this? that has to be more than the camera, the car seems to stand out, and the background is just slightly blurred, yet the colors are so rich. all of rodez's and turbopanda's pics look exactly like this. And what program do you guys use to get that small black border and put the screen name stamp on? sorry for all of the questions, im just amazed at the quality of some of these photographers work.

Well, it could be a very good camera that's better than yours, or, maybe a little computer work.
The prgm used by most is called Photoshop, which i believe is 7.0 currently. In photoshop, you can basically do everything to the photo, as long as you know how to use it.

practice, practice, and more practice with taking pictures. it also doesn't hurt to know some basic photoshop skills.
