Hi.. i shave my door handles a while back.. but now when i try to open them with my remote (viper 790) they dont pop.

you can see the door handles move, but they dont actually open the door..

any help?

Maybe the locknut on the latch linkage slipped?

Sounds like you'll need to pull the interior panels off and take a look-see...

well i think i have to loosen the cable tied to the solenoid for the door latch.. thasnk for the help though!

well i think i have to loosen the cable tied to the solenoid for the door latch.. thasnk for the help though!</TD></TR></TABLE> If solenoid is grounded inside the door, you may have a poor ground,[I have run into this problem befor] run a ground from inside the door to inside the car and ground it to "A" piller behind kick panel 94

 

Yeah, I agree with what's said above...even if it's grounded elsewhere.

Usually when the door tries to open but it won't pop it's a voltage related issue.
